The issues have been resolved by our email provider.

Due to an issue our email provider is having, our emails are currently not being delivered.
This issue causes all of our emails, including password reset emails and profile activation emails, to be delivered with great delay, or not at all.
We have notified our email provider of this issue and are aiming to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue is causing.
